TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The promoter is: Content Studio at Martinelli Publishing, publisher of New York By Rail whose registered office is at 2 Chelsea Ridge Mall, First Floor, Wappingers Falls, NY 12590.
The competition is open to residents of the New York State aged 18 years or over.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter the Madison Square Garden All Access Tour Pass Giveaway.
By entering the Madison Square Garden All Access Tour Pass Giveaway, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Only one entry will be accepted per person, per valid email address. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
Closing date for entry will be November 23, 2018. After this date no further entries to the Madison Square Garden All Access Tour Pass Giveaway will be permitted.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:
To enter the Madison Square Garden All Access Tour Pass Giveaway, entrants must submit all required fields on the Giveaway submission page. Entrants may receive one additional entree for liking, following or sharing New York By Rail social media account pages, as well as the Madison Square Garden All Access Tour Pass Giveaway page, per share or follow. A winner will be chosen at random.
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Madison Square Garden All Access Tour Pass Giveaway and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
The prize is as follows: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive round-trip Amtrak fare for two (2)* to Penn Station in New York City and two (2) passes to the Madison Square Garden All Access Tour. Five (5) additional winners will receive two (2) passes to the Madison Square Garden All Access Tour. *Round-trip Amtrak fare is only offered within the state of New York.
The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and the promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
Winners will be chosen: December 2018 at random from all entries received and verified by the promoter.
The winner will be notified by email and/or DM on Twitter/Facebook and/or letter within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected, or will be delivered.
The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by U.S. law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United State of America.
The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current U.S. data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
