The Adelphi Hotel first opened its doors in 1877 to vacationers who flocked to Saratoga for its natural spas and springs. It became a hub for the prominent and wealthy to shake hands and make deals. By the 1900s, anti-gambling sentiment initiated the decline of several prominent establishments – not The Adelphi though. The hotel continued to thrive throughout the 1900s until the late 1970s. After standing vacant for five years, The Adelphi was remodeled in 1978 to restore the fabulous hotel to its former glory.

Morrisey’s is a gastropub with a more relaxed setting featuring handcrafted cocktails and classic pub fare. Enjoy daily breakfast from 7:00 – 11:00 am, Brunch on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm, lunch daily from 11:00 am – 3:00 pm, and dinner Sunday – Thursday from 4:00 – 9:00 pm, and Friday and Saturday from 4:00 – 10:00 pm.
