Founded 90 years ago by Jewish immigrant Reuben Schwartz, Schwartz’s Deli is a cornerstone of all of Montréal being one of the oldest delicatessens and in the same location for so long. They pride themselves on using no preservatives or chemicals on their briskets by instead using a herbs and spices to add flavor and age to their meats. With a small and simple menu, you can’t pick an item that they have not already mastered the creation of.
