Point Au Roche State Park has a protected, sandy beach for relaxation or to play volleyball, softball, or other games. Boating and fishing are other popular activities along with hiking and biking. Point Au Roche State Park’s trails allow visitors to immerse themselves in nature and travel through forest, marsh, and the shoreline. The trails can be used all year for school programs, nature hikes, and cross-country skiing. The park offers 60 designated mooring sites in Deep Bay. And, the park also provides access for ice fishing. Visitors can witness all the beauty nature has to offer at Point Au Roche State Park.

Amenities at Point Au Roche State Park include boat launches, grills, nature trails, pavilions, picnic tables, playgrounds, playing fields, powerboats, showers, and a swimming beach.
Hours of Operation
Park & trails and Nature Center programs are open year-round. The 2019 swimming season runs from June 22 – September 2, 11 A.M. to 7 P.M.
