The Opera Saratoga Gala takes place on June 5th at 4 p.m. this summer. “Opera Under the Stars” will celebrate the company’s cultural and community contributions as festival artists provide entertainment for the attendees. This year will honor the company’s outgoing president Martha Strohl who has been a philanthropic leader and passionate advocate for the company for almost 20 years. The gala is set to take place at The Barn at French Mountain in Lake George Village.
Opera Saratoga also operates year-round activities including educational programs, emerging operatic artists mentorship, and unique opportunities for the public to experience opera in both their home theater and non-traditional venues that embrace the unique cultural, historic, and natural resources of Saratoga Springs.
“What a special group of compassionate folks. May you continue your excellent work spreading beautiful vocals for all to enjoy!”
