    What is Okemo Mountain Resort

    Located in Ludlow, Vermont, Okemo Mountain Resort is a four-season outdoor enthusiast’s dream. This resort has become renowned for its snow quality, terrain parks, family programming, dining and guest services. The resort is home to Vermont’s highest vertical drop of 2,200 feet and a trail network spanning over 5 distinct alpine areas. 

    What to Expect at Okemo Mountain

    Okemo Mountain Resort is home to the East’s longest superpipe. They are also constantly working on their trails to make them as innovative as possible. Okemo Mountain Resort offers creative, next level parks that flow from one to the next. New learning terrains allow visitors to build on their skills, and with diverse terrains, guests of all ages and abilities can ride with ease.

    Lessons are offered for both skiing and snowboarding starting for children ages 3 all the way up to adults. You can take either group lessons or book for private instruction for up to 6 people. 

    Not confident in your skiing skills? No problem! Engage in a number of winter activities including cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, the Timber Ripper Mountain Coaster, or ride with the whole family in a snowtubing race, as the slopeside tubing park offers a four lane trip down the mountain.

    Okemo Mountain offers a wide variety of lodging options. From quaint condos to private townhomes and luxurious village homes, there is something to accommodate everyone’s interest.

    Jackson Gore Village includes the Jackson Gore Inn, Adams House and Bixby House which combine the charm of a country inn with modern hotel amenities. 

    The Mountain Lodge at Okemo offers one bedroom condominiums at the Clocktower Base Lodge, 1 bedroom units with a full kitchen, bedroom and living room. Guests have access to the spring house pools and fitness center.

    Dining Options at Okemo Mountain

    Okemo Mountain Resort has 11 dining options for guests with every type of appetite. Enjoy the Sugar House Cafe containing warm and yummy ramen choices, elevated restaurants such as 43 North and the Coleman Brook Tavern, as well as coffee bars like the Coffee Exchange. 

    Looking for a brew to sip on? Okemo offers the Sky Bar located in the Summit Lodge for a wonderful view, as well as the Last Chair Slopeside Bar. With so many possibilities to choose from, everyone in the family will find something to satisfy. 

    Spring Time at Okemo Mountain Resort

    For all those who want to continue to work on their skills, Okemo Mountain Resort offers lessons throughout the whole year.

    Spring gives visitors the opportunity to take advantage of late season rates while staying at the lodges, and it allows visitors to shop on a budget with large savings at their retail shops. The Ice House, the Spring House Pool & Fitness Center, and the Timber Ripper Mountain Coaster are also open throughout the warmer months. Also open are two 189-hole championship golf courses.

    Prices at Okemo Mountain Resort

    Okemo Mountain Resort offers single tickets as well as season passes and resort packages. The Featured Pass Epic Pass is $939 for adults ages 13 years and up and $489 for kids ages 5-12. The Epic Local Pass is $699 for adults ages 19 and up, $569 for teens ages 13-18, and $369 for kids ages 5-12. Okemo Mountain Resort has a rental and repair shop as well.
