Get ready to laugh! The Mopco Improv Theatre is waiting for your arrival to ensure an experience of non-stop laughter.
Previously a historic firehouse, Mopco was established in 2016 and is now a premier venue for improvisation and entertainment. It was even voted the Capital Region’s best in comedy 3 years in a row and counting.
The venue offers classes, shows and special events for guests to come enjoy. The improv theater is also located only 0.4 miles from the nearest Amtrak station, making it a fun and easy stop for any trip or occasion!
Mopco Improv Theatre holds multiple shows every month, giving everyone an opportunity not to miss out on the fun.
Notable shows include the Improv Comedy Showdown, Family Improv shows, and Alf Pacino and Friends. Another well-known show is Mick Treadwell’s 10 North Tonight, an improvised late-night live variety show.
The theatre holds monthly events such as Improv Ladies Night and the Monthly Improv Jam. Classes are available for adults and kids to learn improvisation or to brush up on skills they might already have.
More information about tickets, show times and classes are available on the Mopco website.
“If you’ve never seen a Mopco performance, be assured they’re laugh-till-you-cry funny.”
