Million Dollar Beach is Lake George’s premier beach.
As the largest and most popular beach in the Lake George Village, Million Dollar Beach offers picnicking, grilling, volleyball, and swimming all for free. Showers and changing rooms are available, as well, along with lifeguards on duty.
The 32-foot-long Lake George is the biggest lake in the entire Adirondack region, and its Million Dollar Beach is the perfect way for the entire family to enjoy it.
There are also frequent boat launches from the state-run beach to explore the vast and majestic Lake George. The boat launch opens at 6 a.m. and includes several amenities, such as free boat inspections and cleanings.
Million Dollar Beach is open seven days a week from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Parking is $10 per car and $5 for motorcycles.
