Opened in the Fall of 2013, Mill House Brewing Company is serving elevated pub-fare and locally brewed beers. Offering a warm, rustic meets industrial vibe on the inside with hints of history all around, kind service, and food cooked from as close to the source as possible, and of course, a home-brewed ale – there’s not much you’re missing out on at Mill House.
The menu features classic favorites like pretzel nuggets with beer mustard and a Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich, it also has some new flair with truffled parm chicken meatballs, fried “garlic knot” bites, or jambalaya pasta.
The Brewery
Mill House Brewing Company cares about quality, creativity, and drinkability when it comes to their craft beers. They’re consistently putting out award-winning beer that consistently tastes great. Brewmaster Hamie Bishop left the medical field to pursue his true passion, beer – and we should all be glad he did. He’s been brewing beers for a long time, and even brewed the Köld One, the restaurant’s most popular, in 2012, before Mill House Brewing Company even opened!
Their beer menu changes often, as they’re always crafting up something new, but their popular Köld One is always there. Right now they’re featuring a raspberry ale, a New England IPA, an Oaked Lager, and even a cucumber ale.
