For dinner try some of their clams in broth, dates stuffed with Valdeon cheese and Marcona almonds, wrapped in bacon with a cider glaze, or their Bistro Steak grilled with roasted potatoes and zucchini, grilled scallion and serrano pepper chimichurri, jalapeno salsa verde, and grilled cipollini onions. There are also several hearty paella dishes sure to make anyone happy. Or, try their Return of The Mac house mac and cheese with chorizo fresco, and serrano peppers, all toped with a crispy breadcrumb topping.
