New York State’s Fourth of July Celebration
Watch fireworks and celebrate Independence Day at the Empire State Plaza in Albany, New York.
Watching the Fireworks
Each year Price Chopper & Market 32 hosts a special celebration with music and fireworks for Independence Day at the Empire State Plaza. The event is known as the largest of its kind in Upstate New York and typically draws in large crowds from all over.
The celebration is making its comeback in 2022, on July 4th from 5 to 10 p.m. The Fourth of July celebration is free to attend, making it more accessible to the general public.
More at the Celebration
Aside from fireworks, you can experience live music and food from a variety of vendors. This year, Starship featuring Micky Thomas is performing at the celebration for a night of rock music. You can watch this concert for free while attending the event before witnessing the fireworks. While you’re there, you’ll have plenty of food options to eat while enjoying the patriotic night.
