The Glens Falls Gobble Wobble 5k

Get a head start on working off that Thanksgiving meal bright and early on November 28th!

What is a Gobble Wobble?

This is the third annual Glens Falls Gobble Wabble 5k Run (or walk! Don’t worry!). You and the whole family can take part and start your Thanksgiving morning off right, along with the whole Glens Falls community. The race will start at 8:15 am at 226 Warren Street.

This fun event is brought together every ear by the Open Door Mission, a local organization working to assist the homeless and low-income communities. The Missions serves more than 1,600 meals every month and provides a temporary sanctuary for the homeless. A 57-bed shelter was opened in the Fall of 2022 and they continue to expand. The food pantry serves over 20,000 meals and 254,196 pounds of food to over 2,000 individuals and families.

This adrenaline-pumping tradition raises funds to continue the Open Door Mission’s goals to fight poverty in Warren, Washington, and Northern Saratoga Counties.

You can register now and receive early-bird discounts! Currently, registration is as follows:

13 years and older: $38.10
Ages 4-12: $22.20
Children 0 – 3 can join in for free!

Adult tickets will increase in price starting on October 27, 2024.

The first 800 registrants are guaranteed a shirt on race day. If you’re not one of them, don’t worry, you can pick up your shirt from the Open Door after they run a second print!
