The festival kicks off on May 2nd with an opening ceremony and tasting event: Booze and Brews, Buffalo’s Blossoming Craft Industry Tasting.

The weekend will also include Music Day, with several live Japanese musicians, DJ sets and even live art to entertain visitors. Buffalo Cherry Blossom Festival will come to a close on Monday with the “Cherry Blossom Challenge,” where participants can navigate their way through 2.8 km picturesque course in Delaware Park. Throughout the entire week, guests are able to go on self-guided tours of the Japanese Garden in addition to their Mobile Audio Tour.
